How we do things:
We want clients to enjoy working with us, to feel confident that we’ll get the job done on time and with minimum fuss. To do this we are big on project management and keep on top of the game, prompting clients long before sign offs or actions are needed. Every Tuesday we have a full team project update – all clients, all projects, all deadlines, scrutinised. This is backed up by Glow’s powerful, tracking production software, called Streamtime™. A project update report is generated from these meetings and emailed directly to you.
Designed for the advertising, interactive and graphic design industries, Streamtime™ enables complete traffic and production management. From the accounts team to designers, both at their desk and, using Streamtime’s iPhone or iPad application, on the road, Streamtime maximises workflow, taking productivity and creativity to new levels. It keeps the Glow team united meaning any one of us can pick up a client project at any time and know what is going on.
Glow is a proud member of the DBA (Design Business Association)*. There are approximately 11,000 design companies in the UK and only 430 of these are approved DBA members, so it is a great honour to be a listed agency within their directory. Through the DBA the Glow team builds its CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points each year via workshops, seminars and training. We also attend national digital, design and marketing conferences every year.
* The Design Business Association is the trade association for the UK design industry and helps design consultancies become more professional and profitable by offering a range of industry specific membership services, training courses and events.
London standards with Southern prices.
Glow is one of only a handful of DBA members in Hampshire operating outside London. We offer the same services as you would get in the Capital, but in a much greener and calm environment.
